Payment is expected at the time of service unless arrangements have been made prior to treatment. We will file with your insurance company; however, you are responsible for any co-payments, deductibles or co-insurance.
If you are having surgery, any co-pays or deductibles must be paid before your surgery unless a prior payment plan has been established.
